323. Blabbering on

 Today I am only writing because I have to. I have made this stupid resolution in my head to write a post a day for the whole month of January. I did not even plan it. It just happened. I wrote a post on the first, and then on the second and so on. So I just kept going. I take it this is a good opportunity for me to just blabber on. 

I have finished wall-papering the dining room and the result is quite pleasing. I now want to wall-paper the whole house. Everyone is screaming 'NO!', 'Enough wall-paper!', 'Never again!'. They love the room (they have no choice) but they did not like slipping over bits of gooey paper, slaloming between step-ladders and having a restricted access to the kitchen. 

'This was just a practice run. Me being a kind of apprentice. Now I need to try my skills at the next level. The living room is perfect. Lots of cuts and stuff.

'No!' They all shouted in unison.

Never mind. I'll finished this project first and then we'll see. I've still got a bit of painting to do. I made a mess of the mirror ... I have to trim some edges ... and I have a whole bunch of papers to mark.

Enough blabbering on for today.
