392. Rambling on
I am not totally sure if my readers are with me on the logic of the link between the writing and the sanity/insanity thing. I'm not sure about it at all myself. Still - and surprisingly as I would not have thought of myself as the persevering type - I am still plodding on. Still writing away. A lot of time has passed since then: lockdown has been and is gone with its baking, cooking, sewing, painting and good weather; school has resumed its normal (well, not quite but that's politics) course. My husband and I have realised we had real jobs to do and kids who wanted to study (even Baby!). Therefore the TGA had to be postponed a little. Just as well as the planning is still very loose. Maybe this blog should turn into a travel blog or something because it seems that being locked up during lockdown has given us even more itchy feet and we have (especially I) a fair bit of travelling. We have had a few trial runs for the TGA.
And then life got normal again. Everyone doing things and getting into the routine. No more champagne picnics with colleagues, no more cooking parties, just normal life. And therefore I wrote less. I was back to normal and therefore did not need to pour my heart out here.
My life may have returned to a kind of normal but the world out there is still mad and therefore I keep on writing.
