441. The cork board war (1)

Clearly blog therapy is not enough. This morning a colleague with a concerned look on her face asked if I was all right.

'No.' Was my blunt reply.

And then I told her and the three or four reachers present in the staffroom about the cork board war.

I do not care if they think I am mad. They know I'm mad. I had a few classes this morning and my opening lines were:

'Has anyone got something on the cork board? If so go and remove it please.'

I do not want the Slytherins to handle the beautiful work (well, presentable, bit suddenly it is the best art work ever produced by a school kid) of my students. I do not know why and blog therapy is not helping here. Maybe readers therapy as in comments if you can help.

When I got home I moaned about this briefly. My husband is used to this and he always listen very attentively as he knows I can be extremely sensitive in those moments.

'Did she say that to you? Really?' He sounds shocked and finds it difficult to believe that I am working with people like that. I start to relax.

'Anyway. I've got an idea. This might be a way to get rid of your frustrations. You come home from work, I'm not here and you just do that for 10, 15 minutes until you feel better.'

It works! I have been at it for over an hour today.
